Jimboomba · Logan acreage
Jimboomba gates are wide until the float is in them
Jimboomba is Logan acreage, and most blocks here were laid out for a truck already. Wide gates, a pad beside the shed, room to turn. That is why a standard tilt-tray is the usual tool, and why we confirm the day once the order is placed rather than treating every acreage address as a crane job. The catch is the thing already parked in the gate: a horse float, a bobcat, a half-built carport. The land is generous. The morning of the delivery sometimes is not.

Acreage stock, held for this side of Logan
Jimboomba orders are filled from stock held for this acreage belt. Acreage stock does not come with a street front. The container is checked before it is loaded, and the freight is in the figure because access, not a long haul, is what should move the price.
Jimboomba itself (4280) is sheds, horses and houses still going up on five-acre lots. Flagstone (4280) and Yarrabilba (4207) are the newer estates, where the roads are engineered and the yards are suddenly not acreage at all. Cedar Vale (4285) and Logan Village (4207) lean back toward larger lots and hobby farms. Greenbank (4124) and Munruben (4125) sit closer to the suburban edge. If you say Jimboomba and mean a Flagstone courtyard, the quote will be wrong.
Horses, machinery, and a house that is not finished
Horse properties want saddles, feed and the float's spare wheel somewhere lockable that is not the tack room they have already outgrown. Doors should face the stable yard, not the road, or you will carry a saddle further than the container saved you. A plain 20ft does this. A high cube is worth it only if someone will stand inside and work.
Machinery is the other acreage habit: a small tractor, a slasher, the mower that does not fit the shed once the boat arrives. Measure the door opening against the implement, not against your optimism. The container door is about 2.34 metres wide. Mirrors and handles count.
New houses at Flagstone and Yarrabilba generate a different call. The owners are living in a shed or a rental while the build finishes, and the furniture has to sit somewhere on a block that may not have a driveway yet. Estate rules on those developments can ban a container in view of the street. Read them. A perfect truck path is useless if the covenant says no.
Grass, wet weeks, and a gate that was measured wrong
Acreage grass hides soft spots. After a Logan storm the pad beside the shed can take a boot and not a truck. Sleepers or a gravel hardstand under the corners keep the box true. If you only have turf, we need to know, because a tilt-tray standing on wet lawn will make ruts you will look at for a year.
Gates are the other classic. People remember the gate as four metres because the float goes through it on a careful angle. The truck is wider and it does not angle the same way. Measure the clear opening, posts included, and photograph it with the float parked where it lives on a Tuesday night.
If the delivery is really a house move into the new build, packing order will decide whether you can reach the linen without unloading the fridge. How to Pack a Shipping Container for a House Move is the sequence we point those buyers to. Horse-gear jobs can ignore it.
Only when the box is full of furniture
The packing article earns its place on a Flagstone build. It is irrelevant to a tack container beside a stable.
Jimboomba questions about gates and estates
Our five acres at Jimboomba has a double gate. Is a tilt-tray a safe assumption?
Usually, if the opening is genuinely wide and the pad is firm. Photograph the gate with the float in its normal spot. A double gate with a post in the middle is a different measurement from the one people remember.
Flagstone's rules are unclear about containers. Will you still deliver?
We will deliver onto land where you are allowed to put it. If the estate bans a container in the front, find a permitted spot or a different plan before the truck is booked. We do not debate covenants in the street.
Do you run a depot at Jimboomba?
Stock for Jimboomba acreage is held for this belt. The booking is a delivery, not a street visit. The day is confirmed once you order.
